About Us
Vitals Health was created by Dr. Stephanie Page and Andrew Page to make lasting, science-backed health changes more accessible. Combining medical expertise and fitness coaching, they offer a personalized approach to improving metabolic health and overall well-being.
Where It Began
My life’s work is focused on finding the root causes of complex chronic disease. I’m a firm believer in no weight stigma or bias. I empower my patients to become confident and reach their most optimal health goals. Weight loss is a personal journey, and not “one size fits all,” so I create personalized health plans to help my patients reach their health goals to improve their quality of life.
Our Team
Meet Dr. Page, Founder
Dr. Stephanie Page is a board certified Family Medicine Physician, Obesity Medicine Specialist and Diabetologist. She has worked in diverse patient populations and has helped thousands of patients lose weight and improve their metabolic health for close to 10 years. Her journey started in New York City where she was born and raised. She finished her Residency as chief resident from Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY and worked in a busy New York City practice for several years. She was helping people improve their diabetes and lose weight from early on in her career. She realized there had been a gap in her training in understanding the metabolic disease of Obesity and Diabetes so she took a leap of faith and moved to Greenville, NC and completed a fellowship in Diabetes from East Carolina University. She additionally became board certified in Obesity Medicine.
She understands diabetes and obesity, and believes in research and science to help guide her patients in making the best possible decisions toward lasting lifestyle changes. Dr. Page is married to Andrew Page, an exercise and conditioning coach and owner of AXLE, a VITALS partner for exercise coaching. They have two children and two dogs, and live in Eastern North Carolina. They love doing anything involving movement and exercise in their free time, but are mostly running after their two little ones. Together, they created Vitals Health as a comprehensive platform to help clients and patients make sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes for a healthier, happier quality of life.
Meet Andrew Page, Coach
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the NBA, Andrew Page has worked with elite athletes in New York City and beyond. Through this experience, he recognized a common challenge: the standard 7-foot, 45lb Olympic barbell wasn’t practical for most people.
That insight sparked an idea — by combining a pair of BMX bike wheels, a cable crossbar, and 2” ends, he created a game-changing solution: an ultralight Olympic barbell that anyone can lift from age 5-99+.

From the moment I met Dr. Page I knew this time my weight battle would be different. I had been obese since my teens and tried everything but Bariatric surgery which I had scheduled and canceled just before meeting her for the first time. Dr. Page Introduced me to not only GLP-1 medications but a whole new awareness of my body. In just over a year I lost over 100 lbs! Dr. Page made me feel seen on every level and was with me every step of the way. I am so grateful and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with metabolic syndrome.
